Our method for helping people find employment is customized and the process is called "discovering your personal genius." In 2023 215 people received employment development services at some period of time during the year the customer satisfaction survey indicates a rating of 9.94 on a scale of 10. In 2023 individuals secured 95 new jobs using Kaposia's employment development services.
Kaposia employment support services helps individuals with disabilities retain their community based employment. In 2023 285 people received employment support services at some period of time during the year. The average wage of the individuals served was 13.81 per hour and average hours worked per week was 17.00. The customer satisfaction ranking was 9.12 on a scale of 10.
