Program areas at JFF
Jff has integrated strategies that creates worker and learner opportunity, reimagines education and career navigation, ensures program quality and efficacy, integrates work and learning, and builds strong regional economies. Create worker and learner opportunity: we transform education, workforce, and employment systems to eliminate barriers to equitable economic advancement including an intentional focus on black learners and workers. Reimagine education and career navigation: we clarify the chaotic learn-and-work ecosystem and empower people with data and guidance to find, finance, and flourish in lifelong career paths. Ensure program quality and efficacy: we vet education and training programs so that people have confidence about which credentials lead to quality Jobs. Integrate work and learning: we develop lifelong learning models that prioritize work experience so people gain the skills they need to succeed in the ever-evolving labor market. Build strong regional economies: we apply innovative and proven practices to grow inclusive regional economies so that everyone can access quality Jobs in their area.
