Animal shelter: Humane Society Naples operates southwest Florida's largest independent animal shelter and adoption program with two locations, 370 airport pulling road and 2400-7 immokalee road. Humane Society Naples also operates a separate dog intake and behavior facility at 6551 bur oaks lane. Humane Society Naples adopted 1,938 animals from its facilities and fostered 1,117 animals in homes throughout the community.
Animal clinic: the Humane Society Naples veterinary clinic provides for the medical care of shelter animals and owned animals in the community, with a staff of five full-time veterinarians and more than 20 veterinary support staff. In fy 2022-23, the veterinary clinic performed 1,953 spay/neuter surgeries (for shelter animals and for the public) and helped over 6,000 animals enjoy healthy lives.
